Owner AI Office Setup

A focused starting point

A practical, owner-controlled AI office setup for a construction or home-service business that wants useful help without beginning with a large integration project.

What is included

  • A sixty-minute interview to identify the office work causing the most friction
  • A concise company facts, voice, and working-rules sheet
  • Mailbox organization and five reusable message templates
  • One customer-owned ChatGPT project with written instructions and boundaries
  • Five tested owner workflows
  • A one-page security and safe-use guide
  • A sixty-minute training and handoff session
  • Fourteen days of bounded corrections to the agreed setup

Five practical starting workflows

  1. New inquiry response
  2. Proposal or estimate cover message—without changing prices or scope
  3. Appointment and schedule communication
  4. Customer progress and follow-up update
  5. Weekly owner office review

Optional: Cash & Collections Visibility

An owner-entered, formula-driven dashboard can show operating cash, receivables due, overdue items, upcoming obligations, approved work not yet billed, expected deposits, and owner-set warning thresholds.

This is an administrative visibility tool—not bank monitoring, bookkeeping, reconciliation, accounting, financial-statement preparation, assurance, tax service, or financial advice. It does not connect to bank, payroll, payment, tax, or accounting accounts.

Designed for low-risk starting work

The entry setup is intended for public, synthetic, redacted, or otherwise low-sensitivity information. Do not provide passwords, access codes, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, employee medical information, sealed bids, trade secrets, regulated records, or confidential project information.

No email or construction-platform connector is included. Nothing is sent automatically. The owner checks every fact, price, scope statement, commitment, and message before use.

Customer-owned software

The customer owns and pays for its email and AI subscriptions directly. Building Advanced configures the agreed setup and teaches the owner to operate it; we do not resell access or hold the customer’s credentials.

Tested before handoff

Each starting workflow is tested with synthetic or properly redacted examples. At handoff, the owner demonstrates that the key workflows can be used and reviewed independently.

Typical completion is within five business days after the agreed intake information and customer-owned software are ready.

Start with the workflow—not the software.

We will first determine whether this focused setup fits your business and where a larger team or governed-system approach would be more appropriate.
